One thing we’ve truly enjoyed adding into our daily routine is a keto friendly, sugar-free, no junk super smoothie.
This has taken many different forms over many different recipes and I’ve kinda settled on this for a balance between keto friendly (which I’m loving right now for all the positive diet vibes), as well as being super healthy and delicious.
Some of you may know that I am super passionate about all things natural and especially nutrition. And for a glowing, youthful complexion it is vital to nourish yourself inside and out. The skin is a mirror to the inside.
This is a collagen powerhouse!

Ingredients
• 25g of your favourite protein. I use vanilla Whey Isolate. No fillers. Minimal flavours and goes easy on the sweetener.
• 30g Collagen
• 5g Colostrum
• 1/2 Teaspoon of Tremella for additional collagen goodness
• 1 Teaspoon of Organic Cacao
• 1 Teaspoon of Maca
• 1 Teaspoon of Mesquite
• 1 Tablespoon of chunky Peanut Butter or Nut Butter of choice. (ABC butter is Moreish!)
• 1 capsule of magnesium
• Few grinds of pink salt
• 1/2 glass milk
• 1/2 glass ice
For a boost, you can add in some coffee, matcha, or my favourite, ‘Energy Brew’ from Deeto. All-Natural rocket fuel. 😉
Method
• Add all powdered ingredients to a blender
• Add milk & ice
• Quickly pop on for a blend (the collagen quickly gels up so it’s good to switch the blender on as soon as the liquid hits, for an easy life and smooth blend.

The best part about this smoothie, other than being packed with collagen and rich in minerals, is that it tastes incredible, feels like a thick-shake and has zero sugar, only the slight sweeteners from the protein!
